accepts payment through Paypal for your convenience to pay on the web. If you
prefer, you can print a copy of your order and mail us your payment to Design by
Sue, 128 Liberty Street, Newburgh, NY 12550 or you can call us at 845-561-2704
and we will take your credit card info over the phone (Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, and Amex. If payment is made by check, the order will ship when the
check clears the bank. Paypal or credit card on the phone orders for in stock
items will be shipped within 24 hours. Weekend orders will be shipped the
following business day.
Twisted Glass (a
division of Design by Sue) is not responsible for any typographical errors you
may give in your shipping addresses. Please check your spelling for accuracy to
avoid problems or delays in shipping. Please ensure addresses are complete and
accurate (i.e., building, suite, room, or apartment number). Additional shipping
charges may apply, including the original shipping charge, if a package is
returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering
and we must resend the package to a corrected address.
Orders cancelled
prior to shipping will not be charged. If the order has been shipped at the time
you cancel, your refund will be the difference between the total cost of the
gift less both shipping charges and credited when the package is returned.
Items are delivered
to United States addresses by USPS (U.S. Postal Service) or FedEx, depending on
your choice in the shopping cart. Our standard shipping method is USPS priority
mail with signature confirmation. If you prefer another service, please choose a
different option from the list on the Checkout Page.
The specific
delivery time is based on your local FedEx or mail carrier. If your order is
shipped on Friday and you select overnight shipping, your gift will arrive
Monday, unless you selected and pay extra for Saturday delivery. Saturday is not
available in all areas of the U.S.
Shipping & Handling
charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order for delivery
within the continental U.S.. Orders shipped using standard delivery should
arrive within 3-8 business days.
Returns are accepted
for new, unopened merchandise within thirty days of purchase. A refund will be
issued for the purchase cost of the merchandise. We are unable to refund
shipping costs.
Returns after the 30
days must be in new unopened condition with all packaging included and will be
charged a 15% restocking fee.
Return shipping
costs and any applicable insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer
. Refunds will be issued only after we have the items back in our possession.
Before you return a
product you MUST contact us first. Please use our contact form or call us to let
us know you would like to return product. If you do not get confirmation via
email about returning a product first, your order will be returned to you with
no refund issued. For all products, we are unable refund any shipping charges
unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
